A consultation costs RUB 20,000, handling a civil case – from RUB 250,000 per instance, criminal defence – from RUB 300,000 per month. The fee depends on the complexity of the case, the volume of materials and the urgency.

I personally take part in developing the legal position and handling every instruction I accept. The scope of work, the fee and the payment terms are set out in a written legal services agreement.
Monthly payment and a fixed fee are alternative models. Actions included in a comprehensive instruction are not charged separately. Payment in stages is possible.
State fees, expert examinations, translations, notary and travel expenses are agreed separately.
