I am an attorney-at-law. I handle civil and commercial cases, defend clients in criminal cases, and represent them in disputes with regulators and in dealings with state authorities.

I have been in practice since 2018. Over these years I have learned a simple thing: a person in a difficult situation needs not only someone who knows the law, but someone who will calmly explain what is happening, what the options are and what each of them may lead to.
I do not promise the outcome of a case – nobody can honestly do that. I promise something else: to get to the bottom of the documents, build a position, keep you informed at every step and tell you the truth about the risks, even when it is unwelcome.
I am an attorney-at-law at the St Petersburg branch of the Plesovskikh and Partners Bar Association. For you, this means legal professional privilege, professional liability and compliance with the Code of Professional Ethics for Advocates in every case.

Honest about risks
You will learn not only the strengths of your position but also its weaknesses. If a dispute is better settled out of court or not started at all, I will tell you before you spend time and money.
A clear plan
After the consultation you have a plan: what we do, by when, which documents are needed and what it costs. The terms of work are set out in a legal services agreement.
In touch at every stage
You know what is happening in your case: I report every significant step, explain documents in plain language and answer your questions. A difficult situation should not also become a confusing one.
Confidentiality as a rule
Everything you tell a lawyer is protected by legal professional privilege. It cannot be disclosed without your consent, and a lawyer cannot be questioned about circumstances learned while providing legal assistance.
